| Concept to Prototype |
After discussion and
selection of your most viable concepts, we take the development one
step further. 3D modeling in softcopy or hardcopy materials will help
you define your target market, convince investors, or help market
research groups gain a better idea about your product-potential.
The 3D-prototypes can be used for testing in a variety of fields. At
the same time, we help you with material analysis, cost calculations,
zero-production run setup (in-house or at pre-selected sources
in India or China), logistical preparation, etc. We work with the latest
hardware and software to enable you to get your product ready for
market leadership. |

| Prototype to Production |
| After the
product prototypes are approved, all technical drawings will be
finalized as well. Dies and moulds are made according to approved
drawing specifications. Materials will be analyzed and final decisions
made. Depending on the complexity of the product, this stage may take
up to 6 months. |

| Production to Delivery |
With a vast network of related shipping agents in the USA and The Netherlands, we offer you a total
shipping solution. From Pune, India, we deliver your manufactured
product right to your doorstep, anywhere in the world. Competitive
rates, clean paperwork, and a zero-bribe policy all ensure an honorable way of going about our business.
In case you prefer to arrange your own logistics, your cargo will be
ready "FOB Mumbai" with the proper documentation sent directly to you
or your shipping agent. Along with the cargo we send the laboratory
results of the raw materials and the chemical processes which are
applied to your products during manufacturing and assembly in India.
When components are sourced from other countries in Asia, the same
results will be provided by our partners in those respective countries. |

| Depending on the product
requirements as well as the development stages, terms and conditions
will be defined. In general we work according to the following terms: |

-Design according to our in-house methodology.
-Customers have free access to our web-based project information system.
-Quality control certificates along with material testing provided with each shipment.
-All shipments C&F port of destination or FOB Mumbai.
-Insurance to be arranged by the customer.
-Payment terms under Bank LC and/or advance payments. |
