In the global marketplace, we cannot neglect the differences between cultures, policies, values, and belief systems. In the business realm one easily influences many layers of the society. One has to
deal with Policies, Values, and overall Beliefs that are different from our personal culture and experiences. GCT management and employees give their utmost to make the "West meet the East" smoothly and successfully. Therefore, we have a crosscultural team in place on every location of operation in order to present the different markets and languages of the world as accurately as possible. Our mindset is to be a natural force for change. Many of our western based customers have never been to the production location for more than a couple of weeks. On the other hand, our Asian workforce is working for a market they have never seen or experienced. We provide a solution to bring these two sides together, providing a better experience for everyone involved.
